I was born and raised in Greater Vancouver, and I have been successfully representing my clients in their real estate transactions for more than 10 years.  My clients and I attribute our successes to being able to define the goals, and translating that into efficient action, negotiation, and ultimately the desired results.

Years of successful business sales in high end telecommunications and network solutions helped hone analytical and negotiation experience.  My personal real estate investments and family help me understand the very personal side and understanding of the experience of living through the sales process as a consumer.  I care about the people I work with and  listen closely to my clients so I can translate their needs and desires into an effective, practical system designed to achieve these unique goals. My sharp analytical ability is balanced with a warm sense of humour and a down-to-earth approach.
